Each of our souls are distinct and radiant. We have our own melody, and our own song to sing. When we're in vibrational alignment with our soul purpose, that soul is luminous. Everyone and everything can feel it. When we're connected to our personal truth, in touch with our calling and feel whole-ness, the soul is illuminated. It's when there's a disconnect, when we forget that our core is love that we notice our light begin to dim. It happens to the best of us. As an artist, energy healer and clarity coach, I find great joy in reminding people that they have an inner flashlight always available to them. There is a well of wisdom - ancient soul healing that already lives in each of us. We just have to get still, to touch it and allow the healing to wash over us.

Stream of Consciousness Writing and "Let it Rip" Healing Sessions:
This is a great way to get our 'toes wet' and to see how I approach healing. In each session we will focus on detachment and releasing our past on paper. The class always begins with relaxation, sense memory, a crystal meditation and 'Let it Rip' writing exercises.
