ACTING CLASSES

Suzanne's acting approach is rooted in The Method. However, she uses a fusion of techniques and healing modalities to help artists connect with the circumstances of the character. (IE) - energy healing, meditation, crystal therapy, journaling and release work

Suzanne is passionate about exploring the nuances and patterns of human nature and aims to inspire her students to do the same. Her approach is laser focused on releasing tension and staying curious. She believes this is the foundation of authentic acting.

CLASSES

Be

Be is the foundational class.  It's a 5 week mandatory class that focuses on relaxation, heightening curiosity, cultivating sense memory, connecting to one's breath, improvisation, the removal of tension, behaving in a way that feels intimate and non-presentational, becoming emotionally brave, journaling & release work.  Most importantly, this class creates a safe space to deep dive into the rawest most vulnerable parts of our being.  This class also consists of beginning monologue study and beginning scene study.
